He won't bother anyone who leaves him alone, but if anyone crosses him, he'll root them out completely and leave no trouble behind. He keeps an extremely low profile, always showing others a level of strength below his true cultivation, and never revealing his trump cards.
The protagonist's principles:
1. Never put himself in danger, and never take part in a fight unless his odds of winning are at least 90%;
2. Never reveal all his trump cards. The strength he shows others will never exceed 70% of his true strength;
3. Always have a way out. Plan at least three escape routes in advance for every situation;
4. Only do business that benefits both sides. Don't fight over territory or make enemies for life; bind allies together through shared interests;
5. When rooting out a threat, always remove it down to the roots. Resolve every potential threat in advance and never leave trouble behind.
