The Easygoing Side Character: The System Forces Me to Play the Pure White Lotus

Shen Luxi, a laid-back homebody who has been single her whole life, accidentally binds herself to the “Background Character System.”

The System tells her: As long as she plays a well-behaved background character in quick transmigration worlds, doesn’t steal the spotlight or cause trouble, and leaves the plot untouched, she can earn enough points to return to the real world.

Shen Luxi: “Got it. So I just lie flat.”

The System: “No. You have to make people think you’re weak, harmless, and no threat.”

Shen Luxi: “Even easier. I’m already harmless to people and animals.”

The System looks at her file (former name: ‘Shen the Comeback Queen’; made five teachers cry during her three years of high school) and falls silent.
