Before the teacher disappeared, he only said one sentence:

There is a river in the picture that does not exist in reality.
Following it, I found a student disappearance case from twenty years ago, an unknown body from ten years ago, a sealed well at the end of the old street, and a county chronicle that had been altered beyond recognition.
