[Strong Female Lead] [Queen] [A Satisfying Read]
In her previous life, Lin Yan was a top investment bank CEO who had dominated the capital markets for over a decade. She weathered the 2015 stock market crash, the 2018 trade war, and the 2020 pandemic market meltdown, only to be made the scapegoat by her partners and investors when the industry imploded. She died of overwork at her desk.
When she opened her eyes again, she had transmigrated into a trashy, wealthy-family romance novel, as Su Wanqing, the spoiled, overbearing villainess whom everyone despised.
In the book, the original Su Wanqing was the legitimate daughter of the elite Su family, hopelessly lovesick and obsessed with the male lead, Gu Yanchen. She constantly targeted Bai Rouwei, the sweet and innocent heroine. In the end, during the 2008 global financial crisis, the leads joined forces with their rival to short her family's company. The Su family went bankrupt and was liquidated, her parents died of depression, and the original Su Wanqing leapt from the roof, leaving no body behind.
Looking at the calendar, with September 2006 printed in bright red, Lin Yan smiled.
The global financial tsunami was still a full 24 months away.
Romance? Not even a dog would bother! The male lead? Get lost!
With the complete script of the economy's trajectory for the next decade and more in her hands, she had only one goal in this life: make bold moves before the crash, save her family, rake in a trillion, build her own business empire, and make everyone who had harmed the original pay for it all
Awesome! The book is well interspersed with financial and business content. I have been a bookworm for more than ten years, and I think this book is quite good. Although there are some parts that are not very good, such as the supporting characters being too provocative, they do effectively promote the plot. Overall, this book is still full of flaws. I look forward to the author writing more mature works!
Five stars is not enough! What impressed me most about this book was its [plot/characters/point of view]. The author did not use empty rhetoric to pile it up, but used delicate descriptions to tell the story/principles thoroughly and movingly. There are new surprises in every chapter, and the more you read, the more you get excited about it. It is definitely a top-notch work that I have read recently, and I don't allow anyone who hasn't read it!
The author said it was a pounce. I looked at it and it looked good. It looks good.
It's quite interesting. The words are so confusing that for novices like us, we just can't understand finance, but we still like to read it.
The plot is reasonable, the content is exciting and rich, and the life is colorful. It is very suitable for reading to change your mood when taking a break! Worth recommending!
Such a great book should not be buried
It's a cool article. It's good to read. I also learned some financial knowledge. I hope you can continue to work hard.
I found it too late, I like to see it like this.
Very beautiful, worth seeing
I think it's pretty good. Maybe it's attractive because I also trade in stocks.
