Bound to a Fortune System, I Somehow Ended Up Penniless

[No CP + Strong Female Lead + System + Decisive and Ruthless]

The favored daughter of Heaven, Dong Qi'an, is abducted by a Fortune System and taken to another time and place to complete missions: she must pose as a goddess and shepherd the people on Heaven's behalf.

At the turn of spring and summer, flames blaze across Yue. A star falls into its river, and the waters surge. The people of the province say the Dragon King of the river is enraged, and hold grand sacrifices to appease him.

The goddess Dong Qi'an descends to the mortal realm and declares that, for more than three hundred years, the province's river sacrifices have actually been offerings to an evil god, who has been stirring up storms. The goddess flies into a rage, executes the chief culprits, and takes it upon herself to teach the people in Heaven's name, bring order to the land, and give peace to all.
