Three Months Before the Apocalypse: Hold On to My Boy

In their previous life, the apocalypse arrived and order collapsed.

Shen Mian and Lu Shiyan were separated for ten years, each struggling to survive amid bloodshed.

She died horribly in a zombie’s jaws, just three kilometers from home.

Once a gentle young man, he was driven to become a ruthless tyrant of the apocalypse. He lived in solitude and waited for her until the day he died.

They loved for a lifetime, suffered for a lifetime, and spent a lifetime in regret.

Reborn, Shen Mian returns to three months before the apocalypse.

The sun is shining, the young man is still here, and none of the tragedies have begun.

This time, she won’t be weak, and she won’t let him slip away.

Drawing on her memories of her previous life, she frantically stockpiles goods, gathers supplies, and trains her supernatural abilities, making every preparation for the coming apocalypse.

She won’t try to survive alone. She’ll help Lu Shiyan grow stronger, too.

He understands her fears, trusts her crazy plans, and stockpiles supplies by her side.

While others in the apocalypse mistrust, betray, and exploit one another,

they trust, protect, and strengthen each other.

She gives him warmth and direction, keeping him from falling into darkness.

He gives her confidence and a sense of security, protecting her so she can live in peace.

There is no one-sided rescue, only two people choosing each other.

Chaos is coming, human hearts are treacherous, and zombies roam everywhere.

Holding Lu Shiyan’s hand, Shen Mian makes a quiet promise:

“This time, we’ll survive together.”

On this journey through the apocalypse, I don’t want to rule alone or survive alone.

All I want is to stand by your side, be each other’s armor and each other’s weakness,

and preserve a little corner of ordinary life that belongs only to us in this desperate world.
