Ningshuang, the last pureblood Lingxi Sovereign in the spirit realm, had her emotions sealed for sixteen years by the Forgetting Dust Seal.
She thought she was merely the sovereign of plants and trees, unaware that she was of mixed immortal and demon blood, and the greatest variable in the Three Realms.
Ye Jin, the celestial realm's God of War, fell into depravity and became a Demon Lord. Born to be her bane, he nevertheless went mad for her alone.
"You are Lingxi, and I am burning fire. We were born to clash, yet I insist we stay together."
The star paths conspired against them, the Heavenly Queen plotted poisonously, the phoenix burned with jealousy, and brothers turned against each other.
She broke the seal on her emotions and sought the truth of her origins. He abandoned his position as Demon Lord to keep her safe.
As the Three Realms burned, Lingxi was made a prisoner and fate became her cage. Watch as she defies destiny, changes her fate, and joins him in protecting the peace of the Three Realms.
