The gods plant divine seeds in them.
Every Chosen One gains an ability.
From the start, the gods randomly select ten million Chosen Ones
to hunt down other Chosen Ones as Hunters.
Anyone who fails to kill ten Chosen Ones within seven days
will be erased.
Shentu Yan is on the kill list from the start,
but her divine seed has rebelled.
It tells her that all of this is a conspiracy by the gods.
Grow too strong too quickly, and the gods will reap you.
She teams up with her rebellious Purple Yam Spirit Seed to deceive the gods
and grow stronger without stopping,
until she stands shoulder to shoulder with the gods.
Then she slays them.
