[Harry/Draco] In the Seventh Year, I Still Haven’t Learned to Hate You

Pairing: Harry/Draco I woke up with amnesia and found myself living in Harry Potter's home. He treated me well. He cooked for me, tucked me in, and clung to my wrist in the middle of the night. But little by little, I discovered that on the day my father died, his name was on the approval report. “You let him die?” He looked at me, his eyes bloodshot. “Yes. I chose justice, not you.” I hate him. But my body still remembers loving him. Later, all my memories came back. I remembered how he rejected me back then. I remembered my father dying in Azkaban, and him writing on the documents, “I should have helped him, but I didn't.” I remembered that he was kind to me in the safe house because he felt guilty. I should hate him. But those weren't the only things I remembered. I remembered the way he looked at me when he was sixteen. I remembered the scarf clasp he secretly repaired for me in the reconciliation group. And I remembered him saying, “I fell in love with you through all that hatred, and I've loved you for so many years.” Now he's kneeling in front of me. “The real me will hurt you. I'll put you second again. Do you still want me?” I look at him and remember what I wrote in my diary: I hate him. But I hate myself more, because somehow I still love him. [Two endings] Happy ending: Rebuild on the ruins Bad ending: Spend the rest of my life missing you, and hating you just as long
