You, Get Over Here

Modern-day ruthless businesswoman Zheng Shuyan gets drunk and transmigrates as the legitimate daughter of a powerful official in the Great Yan Dynasty. Bound to a System, she unlocks a one-way time-reversal golden finger that lets her return from the dead. She is determined to die and go back to the modern world, but fails again and again. On top of that, she is bound by a punishment mechanism that forces her to study until she turns sixteen, so she has no choice but to master every field, from literature and martial arts to political strategy. At the Zheng residence, she meets Cao Ling, a sweet and gentle eldest princess who has been neglected by the royal family and raised there since childhood. Thus begins a fated bond between a cool, mature woman and a sweet, innocent girl, with the younger one acting like an eager puppy. Zheng Shuyan finds Cao Ling's tears annoying and is always picking on her, yet she is fiercely protective of her and won't let outsiders lay a finger on her. The Great Yan Dynasty upholds gender equality, and women can wield power and lead armies. With a foolish ruler on the throne, the people suffer, and the Zheng family holds power over the court, serving as a crucial counterbalance. With her modern perspective and the System's help, Zheng Shuyan rises rapidly. She is decisive, sharp-tongued, and ruthless. Under her influence, Cao Ling sheds her timidity and grows stronger day by day. They choose each other and help one another heal, becoming a powerhouse duo of formidable women. There is no male lead throughout. This is a dual-female-lead, yuri, pure-love, GL story, with a mutual-firsts romance. Together, they take down the foolish emperor, shake up the court, and rule the realm. This supremely satisfying tale follows their passionate love and rise to power, from childhood friends to rulers standing side by side. Important: sweet at first, then angsty.
