Historical mystery + contrasting personalities + professional drama + mutual salvation + a prince with a fear of corpses + a poker-faced coroner
Su Mu is a socially anxious coroner with exceptional forensic skills. While searching for her missing adoptive father, she is forced to team up with the cold-faced Prince Li Chongyan, who suffers from a fear of corpses, to investigate cases.
She examines the bodies while he hands her the knife. She solves the cases while he has her back.
As a series of murders in the capital is solved one by one, a twenty-year-old palace mystery comes to light. Their pasts and traumas are both buried beneath those white bones. Together, they heal and hunt down the killer.
