In her previous life, Shen Lu was known throughout the entertainment industry as the ultimate workaholic, and was also a “replacement” for the woman her top-tier star boyfriend, Pei Shiyan, cherished as his unattainable first love. On the apocalyptic survival reality show Absolute Survival, she was pushed out to the zombies as bait in exchange for supplies for her boyfriend’s younger brother. As she lay dying, she heard the production crew cheering that the ratings had broken records, while Pei Shiyan embraced his returned first love and watched the fireworks.
Reborn just before filming began, Shen Lu looked at the “sweet, selfless innocent girl” persona script in her hands and smiled.
She tore up the script and crossed her legs in front of the interview camera. “It was all an act. I’m done putting up with this.”
While everyone waited to see her get dragged by the entire internet, Shen Lu discovered that a [Higher-Dimensional Comment System] had appeared in her mind, sent from the future.
