"A Crack in the Sun" is based on a real telecommunications fraud case, telling the fate of three ordinary people who fell into a scam on the same day and at the same second. Middle-aged man Lin Jianjun, retired man Zhang Guifen, and worker Chen Zhiqiang suffered from fraudulent orders, impersonating relatives and friends, and lottery winning scams respectively, and lost their savings and hope overnight. Jiang Chen, a former fraud customer service officer, woke up from his guilt. The anti-fraud policeman Gao Yuan stayed on the front line, and the victims finally stood up and became the light of anti-fraud. The novel exposes scam routines and directly attacks the weaknesses of human nature, telling us: being deceived is not stupidity, but weakness that has been accurately grasped; seeing the cracks is the first step to guarding one's heart.
