From the Start, I Have a Pay-to-Win System, and I Rule as a Warlord Beyond the Great Wall

He transmigrates into the War of Resistance and inherits a pay-to-win System: two billion US dollars and two billion pounds. He thinks he’s got the perfect start, only to discover that this is all his father left him. Predators circle on every side: Sheng Shicai’s knives, Japanese guns, and secret agents from the Military Statistics Bureau. Dream of living like a rich man in Shanghai? Forget it. He takes the road less traveled, leading six thousand battered troops straight to Xinjiang. A million refugees are fleeing famine, waiting for him to feed them. There are no guns, no cannons, no food, and he’ll even have to dig his own well. He pours money into food, weapons, and factories, while iron mines, coal mines, gold mines, and oil fields spring up everywhere. His factories turn out four hundred machine guns and over ten thousand rifles a month, with tanks, planes, and heavy artillery all produced in-house. The Central Army’s elite troops use his equipment, and before long, he becomes the largest arms dealer in the rear. Some urge him to keep a low profile, but he insists on making a splash, staking everything he owns on the northwest.
