Yan Xin's Fateful Meeting

The Jingkang upheaval shattered the land. Jiangnan's misty rain vanished beneath the dust of northern invaders, and Bianjing's literary heritage was severed by the flames of war. A woman takes needle and thread as her brush, embroidering the mountains and rivers of her lost homeland; a man takes ink as his spear, preserving its literary heritage. Needle and thread meet brush and ink, Jiangnan meets the northwest, and amid the displacement of a troubled age, they weave a tender story of finding roots in art and a home in each other's hearts.
