The Walking Dead: Knight of the Lake

His name is Matthew Grimes, an Atlanta police officer, twenty years old. When my father was on a mission overseas, he asked his comrades to bring back the last words: "Take the lead." He didn't know what these two words meant until the city fell, until the streets were filled with those "infected people" who had lost their minds, until he used a knight's sword from the 14th century to cut a way out. He is the last knight of the Grimes family and the only support for his twelve-year-old cousin Carl. In the ruins after the bombing, he fled toward Lake Lanier with his colleagues, neighbors, and strangers. There is a white castle in the middle of the lake. Food can be grown on the lake, and there seems to be something hidden at the bottom of the lake. A crazy old man said that he was the knight chosen by the Fire Lord, and a group of survivors began to call him "Lord". He just wanted to live and let the little boy grow up safely. But the last days don't give him a choice.
