The crime team has been solving cases very quickly recently, but Su Che is getting more and more uneasy.
The murderer in the case of corpse dismemberment voluntarily surrendered, the key clues in the case of missing children appeared out of thin air, and each time the serial murder case was solved just right - it was like someone was pushing them forward.
Until that early morning, when Su Che returned to the office to get the files, a familiar figure was warming up a lunch box in front of the microwave, acting as naturally as if he were at home.
"You want to eat so late?" Su Che asked casually.
The man turned around. He was holding the lunch box and smiled: "You're not sleeping either."
The next day, Su Che called for surveillance and saw him looking through files in the archives room late at night, saw him stuffing a note into the newly delivered evidence bag, and saw him deleting something in front of the computer.
Su Che sent the surveillance screenshot to the technology department: "Check this person."
Five minutes later, the phone rang.
"Team leader," the voice on the other side was trembling, "His fingerprints... Match the half of the fingerprints extracted from the scene of the serial case ten years ago."
Su Che was holding the phone when someone knocked on the office door.
"Team leader, come out and have a lunch. I'll treat you today."
