Mondstadt's wind has never had a fixed shape or scent.

It can sweep over snow-capped mountains, cross endless seas, and witness a thousand years of rise and fall.

Yet it is also willing to pause gently for someone waiting for a loved one to return home, and sing a song that belongs to him alone.
