I'm going to write a long review, maybe the language is a bit lacking.
First of all, the character of the heroine is a very lively person, with a bit of a poisonous tongue, and a rather arrogant little snake, which fits my idea of the Slytherin heroine [Admiration]
And James and the others are not OOC at all, they really fit the original work perfectly.
Lily's character design is probably my favorite in the fanfic.
She is very brave and strong, but sometimes she is a fragile and loving sister.
