Tree of Life: A Plateau Crime Detective’s Case Notes

On a snowy night, she is reborn on the eve of the tragedy.

In her previous life, she lost her beloved comrades in that avalanche and died bearing a false accusation.

Now Bai Ju returns with the memories of her past life, vowing to personally cut down the hidden hands manipulating the darkness across this vast plateau.

From abandoned mines to perilous snowbound mountains, from a silent mountain patrol to a county office harboring secrets, her rebirth gives her a head start, and solving cases comes as if Heaven itself were helping.

But when she meets Dorje, the Tibetan captain with eyes as sharp as an eagle's, who takes a bullet for her, Bai Ju finally understands:

Some bonds transcend life and death. Some protection is more fierce than the wind and snow.

Watch as policewoman Bai Ju joins forces with the tough-as-nails plateau native Dorje to plant a tree of life called “justice” amid the wind and snow.
