I'm Already in the Final Stage of Cancer, and You Want Me to Create a World?

[Ensemble cast + world creation + behind the scenes + invincible protagonist + no female lead + System]

Lin Yi had just transmigrated to a parallel Blue Star when he became bound to the Creator System. His starter gift was terminal cancer.

To stay alive, Lin Yi followed the System's instructions and began creating a miniature world inside his own body.

He thought the development of the first civilization would cure his cancer, but then he discovered that it was getting worse.

With no other choice, he began his first world-ending event.
