A Writing Manual Fell from the Sky, and a Libertine Helped Me Become a Legend!

[Author's Note: For everyone who wants to write a great novel] I'm Wen Yi'an, a young woman who spent three years as an obscure, unsuccessful web novelist. By chance, I found The 365-Day Guide to Becoming a Web-Novel Superstar in a garbage heap, and accidentally unlocked a sharp-tongued, all-around playboy, too. He says my writing is so detached from reality it could fly into the sky, yet teaches me a writing technique every day, from setting the mood to tying up every plot thread. He'll criticize me, then help me revise the same passage ten times over. We bickered our way through 365 days. I fell into countless pitfalls, and he made me copy out passages as punishment to keep me on track. When I improved, he'd stubbornly treat me to milk tea; when I hit a rough patch, he'd gently stay by my side. I went from an obscure writer whose work read like a dry diary to developing a style all my own, and eventually turned my fortunes around to become a famous online author. More precious than the guide was meeting this sharp-tongued yet dependable guy, my very own blue elf. Because of him, the grueling road of writing became sweet and spicy, and so much more fun. Most importantly, I'll lay out every pitfall I stumbled into for all you writers out there, and help you soar to success!
