The Geomancer Breaks the Deadlock: Ghost Tales of Qinghe

Eighteen-year-old Chen Yuan, heir to a family of occult practitioners, is forced to remain in Qinghe Village because of his unusual bloodline. Every village rule conceals a deadly trap, and every custom is stained with blood.

Uncle Lin Jiu, the village guardian, uses the rules to eliminate his rivals, while the old village chief gives in out of fear. When Su Xiaoyue is chosen as the offering for the River God’s sacrifice, Chen Yuan uses the Geomancy Art of the Earth Veins to break the impasse, striking at the village’s feng shui death point.

A well that traps souls, a forbidden ancestral hall, living human stakes: behind countless eerie tales, the wandering Daoist Zhao Wuyan appears and disappears. He uses the entire village as a chessboard, laying a feng shui formation of absolute yin.

Chen Yuan’s fingertips glide across his compass as he searches for a way to survive in the cracks between the rules. This time, he must see through more than ghosts and monsters: he must also read the human heart. When ancient occult arts clash with evil feng shui sorcery, can this young male practitioner turn around a death sentence of a situation?
