Urban Bloodsource Era

The protagonist, Zhao Xu, is a recent college graduate with ALS. One day, he opens a game and finds a vampire girl who has been cast out by her family. Since she has no fangs and cannot become a vampire, her family has rejected her.

With nothing better to do, Zhao Si decides to keep playing the game, spending money to raise the girl until she eventually becomes the Vampire Queen of the game world.

He, too, recovers thanks to a reward from the game System.
