Deep in the wasteland, the Black Crow Castle stands quietly. The black crows on the steeple hover all day long, chirping shrilly, covering up the grievances and conspiracies spanning generations. Three young masters of the Winston family were murdered in mysterious circumstances one after another. The secret rooms, traps in the castle, and the black crow emblem on the portrait of the ancestor are all hiding mysteries.
Detective Lu Chen is invited to go to the castle to investigate the case, and first meets the weak and cowardly Sumanni, the cousin of the three young masters. She claims to have witnessed the murderer, but is hiding in fear. As the investigation deepens, Mobber, the castle steward, emerges. Holding a blade of revenge, he accuses the Winston family of killing his grandfather and father in repayment of kindness. The truth of this revenge that has been concealed for decades seems to have been revealed.
But the mysterious figure who looked exactly like Mobo at the attic vent, the flaws in Sumanni's words, and the old lady's abnormal behavior made Lu Chen realize that this was by no means a simple revenge.
