Terrorists detonated nuclear bombs around the world, causing nuclear radiation to sweep across the earth and causing civilization to fall apart. The surviving humans were forced into the ground and hibernated for two hundred years.
When the radiation subsides, humans will return to the ground and rebuild their homes. However, the terrorists back then had used radiation to complete their terrifying evolution, possessing powerful powers and being able to control radiation-distorted monsters, becoming a deadly threat to mankind.
