Palace of the Qing: The Consort Holds the Script and Goes on a Killing Spree

After pulling an all-nighter revising a script, screenwriter Su Wan dies suddenly and wakes up as a Mongolian noblewoman in Empresses in the Palace, a cannon-fodder character who doesn't survive three episodes. On the brink of death, she activates the “Bullet Comment System.” Spoilers and complaints from future viewers float before her eyes, warning her of deadly dangers. She uses the comments to defy fate: wowing everyone at the selection with a haunting song, saving Zhen Huan by making others do her dirty work, keeping Consort Hua alive through a clever switch, and adopting Hongli to invest in the future. When the System's true nature is revealed and her best friend dies for her, she shuts off her golden finger herself. Relying on her own abilities, she rises from a low-ranking noblewoman to Empress Dowager, facing off against Zhen Huan as an equal and ruling from behind the curtain. This isn't palace intrigue. It's a screenwriter's ultimate rebellion against the script: whoever writes the story is the protagonist.
