Naruto: Overloaded with Sage Power

Lin Rui transmigrates to the Land of Rain at the end of the Second Shinobi World War, with a foreign crystal called “Starfall” embedded in his spine. In a world where chakra and Kekkei Genkai determine one's place in society, he is an ordinary man with no “talent.”

Yet he becomes the most ferocious predator in the shinobi world. The crystal in his spine is like a furnace that never goes out, forcing violent Natural Energy into every inch of his bones and muscles. To others, this power, known as “Sage Power,” looks like a miracle. Inside him, it's lava that torments his body day and night.

Starting in a drainage ditch in the Land of Rain, he leads a handful of refugees and carves out a path to survival between the three great nations. He will make the mighty, perched high above, understand this: When an ordinary man gains Sage Power and hones it into a blade, even shinobi will bleed.
