Introduction to the work
Caesar, the orphan picked up by Monkey D. Garp on the coast of the East China Sea, became the fourth sworn brother besides Ace, Sabo, and Luffy who grew up in Windmill Village. In a strange encounter in the mountains, he mistakenly ate the legendary animal type, Dragon Dragon Fruit, Phantasmal Beast Species, and Nidhogg's form, and from then on he possessed the power of the world-destroying black dragon.
Sabo's "departure" ignited his anger against the unfair world, and also allowed him to be spotted by Monkey D. Long, the leader of the Revolutionary Army, and taken into the depths of the Revolutionary Army to practice. After several years of hard work, he mastered the three-color domineering force and the six naval styles under the guidance of Long, and tempered the power of the black dragon to its peak. However, he never forgot the agreement he made with his brothers - to gallop freely on this sea and protect each other.
After completing his studies, Caesar bid farewell to the revolutionary army and set sail alone. He gathered like-minded partners and established the Nidhogg Pirates, known throughout the world as the "Dragon of Black Flame". He traveled the Grand Line, traveled through the conflicts of troubled times, reunited with the Straw Hats, witnessed Ace going to Whitebeard's command, waited for Sabo's return, and faced the darkness of the Celestial Dragons and the World Government.
He does not pursue the throne of the Pirate King, but only uses the body of a black dragon to protect his friends and keep the moral principles in his heart. When the war breaks out above, and when the truth of the world is revealed, Caesar will use the power of Nidhogg to burn away the darkness and prop up a sky that belongs to the four brothers and all those who pursue freedom.

It's very interesting, but it's only about forty chapters.
