An Ordinary Factory Worker

Chemical plant operator Li Fan rises from an overworked grunt on the production line to workshop director, then to the big boss in charge of the entire factory. Whoever engages in pointless red tape, I'll call them out.

Whoever tries to shortchange the brothers, I'll take them on.

Whoever dares treat safety like a joke, I'll kick them out!

Leading Workshop Three to one win after another,

he wins safety awards and performance bonuses by the truckload.

This time around, I don't just want to turn my life around.

I want every brother who follows me to live with dignity and self-respect!
