After her Heavenly Dao parents forcibly tossed her into a small cultivation world to undergo a tribulation of love, their own darling daughter Su Xingmian declared, “I'll just slack off. My luck is absurdly good anyway!”
Falling from a great height, she lands squarely on the deranged sect leader Ye Heng, crushing his life-bound treasure beneath her rear. She should have been killed to keep her quiet, but instead the obsessive, ruthless male lead falls in love at first sight and drags her back to his sect, where he treats her like an ancestor.
The sect disciples give her a hard time? No problem. Her Heavenly Dao buff kicks in automatically. They fall into mud pits, get attacked by their own spirit pets, and blow up their own treasures. Everyone who picks on her has a run of bad luck, while the female lead calmly watches the show: “I didn't do anything. They just got unlucky.”
She doesn't want to cultivate, yet her power keeps soaring. A casual stroll in the back mountains turns up an ancient inheritance. Her opportunities are too numerous to count, and her effortless path to cultivation leaves everyone else stunned.
The deranged sect leader becomes a wildly protective husband. Everyone in the sect knows that Ye Heng, head disciple of Lingqing Sect, has an extreme double standard: ruthless and decisive toward outsiders, clingy and obsessive with her, and bursting with possessiveness. Anyone who so much as touches a hair on his little junior sister's head will be expelled from the sect, or even lose their life.
Su Xingmian: “I'm the Heavenly Dao's own daughter. There's no need for me to fall in love, right?”
Ye Heng (eyes red, gripping her wrist obsessively): “No. You're mine, and mine alone.”
When the Heavenly Dao's goofy daughter meets a clingy, deranged, lovesick sect leader, and her Heavenly Dao parents secretly help them along in every way imaginable, this tribulation of love in the cultivation world is destined to turn everything upside down, mixing sweetness with heartbreak.
See how the Heavenly Dao's own daughter coasts through the cultivation world, slacking off as she pleases while the deranged sect leader spoils her rotten. Watch the two of them get even with everyone who crosses them, join forces to crush the villains, and ultimately break through the barriers of their different statuses.
