Thirty years ago, a disaster known as "The Wrath of Rayquaza" swept the world. The legendary Pokémon goes berserk, triggering a chain reaction: the weather system collapses, continental plates shift, and sea levels rise. Human civilization is almost destroyed.
After the disaster, the world fell into pieces——
· The old city sank into the sea, leaving only the spiers of the skyscrapers above the water, known as the "Tombstones"
· The continent is divided into countless "floating islands", and between the islands is a dangerous "chaotic sea" with mutated sea Pokémon wandering in the sea.
· Weather extremes: some areas have permanent day, some have permanent night, and some are shrouded in eternal storms
· The behavior pattern of Pokémon has changed: wild ones have become more violent, and the bond between trainers and Pokémon is no longer a matter of course, but requires real "resonance"

This is not a blessing. Every time he uses it, he will bear the emotional impact of the Pokémon
