"Yi Lu" is written in four volumes and 60 chapters of stories, writing a spiritual history of China's mountains and rivers.
The title of the book is taken from "Zuo Zhuan" "The traces of Yu are painted as Kyushu" - the traces of Yu are the place where Chinese civilization first dawned and the beginning of the division of Kyushu. The Qinling Mountains, Yunhe River, Caishiji, and the Qinhuai River are all within the traces of Yu; the Qin and Han, Sui and Tang Dynasties, the Song Dynasty, the Ming and Qing Dynasties are all after the traces of Yu. After thousands of years of ups and downs, it has not left Kyushu; thousands of miles of rivers and mountains are all traces of Yu's past.
The novel is written with the style of a historian, the rise and fall are recorded with geographical coordinates, and the times are reflected with the fate of the characters. There is no place without origin, no matter without research, and no thought that is not at home. There is no mention of the four words "Chinese civilization", but civilization lies within it.
