Shen Langsheng's Lie-Flat Life: Fishing and Foraging at Sea

Only children make choices. A real man takes them all.

There are no face-slapping scenes in this novel, just the everyday life of an ordinary man. There are many female characters, and they appear throughout the story. If you’ve wandered in by mistake, please go easy on me after reading.

If he could live his life over, all he wanted was to lie flat. In his previous life, he was a delivery driver worked to the bone. Now he’s back in 2011, in the city of Fang.

He meant to lie flat, fish, and wait out his days, never again working like a beast of burden. But the heavens refused to let him live in peace. One stunning beauty after another appeared by his side. To protect his peaceful life, and even more so to protect these close confidantes, he had no choice but to set sail time and again. He’d only meant to catch a lazy fish, but ended up hooking the whole ocean. The farther out he went, the greater the catch. A peaceful life? Not a chance. The story starts out laid-back, but has a real kick to it. The more you read, the more hooked you’ll get.

Readers, proceed with caution: there are too many female characters, and you might not be able to handle them.
