Livestreaming Kamen Rider Lore: The Enemy and I Share the Same Origin

Su Xinghe transmigrates to a place called Blue Star. There are no Kamen Riders here, until Oma Zi-O destroys and reconstructs the world, scattering the powers of the Heisei Riders and monsters across twenty years like seeds among humanity.

While others find belts and transform into Riders of justice, he explains on livestreams that "heroes and villains share the same source of power": Riders and monsters use the same power. Those who can transform are not necessarily good people, and those called monsters may also protect others.

He binds to a livestream System: when his explanations earn recognition, he can exchange it for replica Rider gear. Faiz phones, Kuuga belts, W Memories... As long as he has enough points, he can play with them all.

But as these powers descend, the whole world falls into chaos. In Neon, someone becomes a Gurongi and starts a hunting game. In the Beautiful Continent, someone sells Gaia Memories and builds a black market. And in one battle after another, Su Xinghe discovers a secret hidden within him:

He is Joker, the being in Kamen Rider Blade who is both a monster and a Rider.

Heroes and villains share the same source. It turns out he himself is that "source."

As the whole world goes mad for power, he keeps livestreaming his explanations, because he believes that power has no color, and choice determines everything. And his choice is to become an eternal guardian, standing at the boundary between humanity and monsters, protecting everything he wishes to protect.
