One Piece: Starting with the Earth-Earth Fruit

(In the early stages, he roams the seas and has all kinds of fun; later, he takes on the world.) After a shipwreck, a university student from China wakes in unfamiliar waters, inhabiting the body of a boy who was supposed to have died. On a deserted island, there's no fire and no help. Behind him lies a man-eating forest, and beneath his feet, a desolate coast where death could strike at any moment. Just as he thinks all he can do is struggle to survive and await his end, a bizarre Devil Fruit changes everything: the Earth-Earth Fruit gives him the power to shape the land. But when he climbs over the mountain behind him, he finds no hope, only an isolated, unfriendly village and a pirate ship sailing in from afar. From surviving on a deserted island to setting sail, from recruiting companions to entering the New World, he will one day join the broken islands into a single landmass and declare war on the world's supreme ruler in the name of the “Landmass Kingdom.”
