The Fourth Calamity: Sailing Overland

In a wasteland where order has collapsed, only a battle truck capable of evolving without limit remains as the survivors’ last hope.

The story begins with Xie Yuan, who transmigrates to the wasteland after drinking at a business dinner, and a modified truck called the Hundred-Ton King that is on the verge of breaking down. In this world ravaged by radiation and divided among competing factions, they make the truck their home and the road their domain. From installing the first bulletproof steel plate to devouring the core technology of enemy forces; from a rudimentary mobile shelter to an impregnable steel fortress.

As the wheels keep turning, they maneuver between ruthless warlords, fanatical cults, and hypocritical merchant alliances. Each narrow escape makes the battle truck stronger; every clash of factions expands their territory. Faced with greedy pillagers and endless schemes, they crush the thorns beneath their wheels and let the roar of their engine lay down new laws.

From ants driven out by others to overlords who make the wasteland tremble. This is more than the evolution of a truck: it is the blood-and-tears legend of a group of nobodies rebuilding civilization in the depths of despair and rising to the pinnacle of power.

“Our homeland stretches as far as our wheels carry us, and our throne sits atop the engine.”
