This is a story about "choice".
Lynch could have chosen the easiest path - destroy his spiritual position, obtain an innate sword body, become a swordsman genius, and reach the pinnacle of his life.
But he didn't.
He chose the most difficult path - to guard this mountain, guard those who died, and guard a legacy.
Because some things are more important than becoming stronger.
