"Woody Notes and Three Ice Cubes: Collector's Edition"
A contract splashed with coffee, two strangers with their own agendas, and three months of living together under observation. When "acting" turns into "falling for each other," who will be the first to admit that this farcical contract hides real feelings?
Full Synopsis
Lin Xiaoman thought she was having the worst luck.
After failing her 18th screenwriting interview, she took her best friend's advice and signed a contract for a "couples' observation reality show." Three months of free meals and lodging, plus material for her romance writing. It was practically a gift from heaven. The only catch was that she'd have to live with a stranger.
As for the coffee stain she'd left on the contract? She hadn't looked closely.
As for the man with the cold expression who wiped the coffee off for her? She hadn't dared ask who he was.
Lu Chen also thought the whole thing was absurd.
As the youngest producer in the industry, he should have been running the show from behind the monitors. Instead, this scatterbrained girl had mistaken him for her "ordinary partner." Watching her profile as she seriously studied her "character setting," he inexplicably decided not to reveal the truth. He wanted to see where this farce would lead.
