Every Player Starts with a Heavenly Palace

Ten billion people are forced to transmigrate. Each receives a ten-meter Heavenly Palace, floating in an endless black sea. There is no sun or moon, no stars, no land, only eternal darkness slowly flowing beyond the barrier of light.

The only way to survive is to fish.

Lin Yuan grips the green bamboo rod in his hand. He can cast as many times as he likes each day, but whether he catches anything is up to him. Some people reel in spirit wood, darksteel, and shards of spirit stones, or even ancient ruins rising from the depths of the black sea. Some have caught pills of immortality, while others have hooked exotic beasts larger than their own Heavenly Palaces, only to be swallowed along with their halls.

Upgrade your Heavenly Palace, and your strength rises with it. Qi Refining, Foundation Establishment, Golden Core... Your cultivation realm and palace share the same fate.

In this seemingly endless darkness, 7.2 billion isolated islands drift apart, thousands of miles from one another. Some people go their whole lives without seeing another living person. Others encounter their own kind in the ruins and draw their swords over a single spirit stone.
