Ace of Diamond: Lone Flame

[Sports] [Fan Fiction] [Passionate Youth] [Bonds and Growth]

Carrying his grandfather's unfulfilled dream of playing in the Major Leagues, Sato Yan enters Seido High School as a specially recruited student. A solitary left-handed pitcher with astonishing speed but terrible control, he is stubborn and quiet, and at odds with Seido's emphasis on teamwork.

"Baseball isn't a one-man game, but winning the championship takes someone who can bear it all!" From an isolated pitching machine, to forming the strongest defense with Sawamura and Furuya, to heading alone to an American youth baseball camp to challenge players above his level.

When injuries and formidable opponents come one after another, watch this young man, burdened by fate, throw blazing fastballs and regretful sliders with every ounce of his life, pitching the brightest youth of all on the fields of Koshien and the Major Leagues!
