Twin Souls in One Womb: The Orphaned General’s Darling

(Pocket dimension + born into the womb + heroine with a dual personality + general + stunning heroine + medical skills + childhood friends +) I'm no good at writing introductions, so if you like the premise, please read the story. The heroine's main personality is like a little ball of sunshine: cheerful and lively, with average fighting skills. Everyone calls her a little miracle doctor. After being born into the womb, she remembers nothing of her past life and can only access two hundred square meters of her pocket dimension, a storage space that keeps food fresh and prevents it from spoiling. Her secondary personality is ruthless and decisive, killing without batting an eye. Anyone who provokes her gets dealt with directly, if she can settle it with her fists. Her fighting skills are off the charts. She can understand the thoughts of plants and animals, remembers her past life, and can access the entirety of the pocket dimension. She found the pocket dimension in a remote mountain forest during the early days of the apocalypse. It was said to have been left behind by a powerful cultivator. It contains a self-contained little world filled with spirit stones, pills, magical treasures, precious artifacts, spirit plants and herbs, and a spirit spring. Her soul is bound to it. The main personality doesn't know the secondary personality exists. The secondary personality dotes on the main personality.
