There is a forgotten building in the old town of Qingzhou City. Seven floors, gray exterior walls, twenty-eight windows, no lights on for twenty years. But every rainy night, people passing by said they could hear children singing nursery rhymes, women combing their hair, and the elevator going up and down by itself - that elevator was scrapped ten years ago. People call it No. 7 Yin Tower.
