Republican Era: The Spy Trail of a Stranger

Shen Yu transmigrates to 1937, taking over the body of a captain and action squad leader in Nanjing’s Second Special Services Division. He also awakens a daily intelligence System and a portable storage space. While carrying out a mission, a stroke of luck gives him the identity of a down-on-his-luck collateral descendant of a Japanese noble family. Before transmigrating, Shen Yu graduated from a foreign languages college, where he chose Japanese as an elective out of personal interest and earned better grades in it than in his major. After graduating, he worked for a Japanese company and frequently traveled to Tokyo on business, so he speaks fluent Japanese with a Tokyo accent. Shen Yu immediately uses this identity to infiltrate the Japanese military and, with the help of the System, sends back a wealth of top-secret intelligence.
