[Everyone Survives] [Comedy] [Interstellar Road Trip] [Modified Traits] [Decisive and Ruthless, Not a Goody-Two-Shoes] [Cyberpunk Capitalist]
One day, tens of billions of people wake up to find themselves forcibly thrown into a game called the "Starlight Highway."
From the start, all they have is a broken escape pod. High-energy ion storms are on their way, unknown alien beasts lurk in the depths of space, and ruthless space pirates are on the prowl. Everyone can do little more than struggle to survive through hunger and despair.
But Chu He unexpectedly awakens the [Trait Extraction and Combination] System!
In his hands, any piece of junk can be transformed into something extraordinary!
[Low-Quality Incendiary Grenade]: Extract "Space Scorching" and combine it with a point-defense cannon to burn through C-class armor in a vacuum!
[Old Double-Barreled Shotgun]: Extract "Fan-Shaped Split" and combine it with a magnetic railgun. One shot clears the screen and teaches space pirates a lesson in physics!
While other players are still fighting over a mouthful of spoiled nutrient fluid, or even selling their dignity...
Chu He has already monopolized the market, buying low and selling high. He feasts on tomahawk steaks, rakes in hundreds of thousands of interstellar credits, and pilots a heavily armed, wildly modified cruiser as he launches a crushing dimensional attack!
A white-lotus woman tries to guilt-trip him with moralistic demands, begging him to take her in?
Chu He: "Sorry, my System's trading account has been frozen. You're an unmarketable asset now."
He presses a button and tosses her straight into a plasma waste-recycling furnace for a physical liquidation!
A pirate fleet threatens to rob him?
Chu He: "Did you leave your basic knowledge of physics behind? Activating your shields polarizes the magnetic field. Catch this homing electromagnetic cluster cannon!"
If I wrote it myself, it would definitely be five stars 😄
It's a funny and refreshing story. The main character is scheming and loves to do things. Not only is he not a saint, he's almost a devil. The protagonist's way of showing off is really unexpected, and the various counter-routines are worth watching!
