Qian Qiang is a food delivery courier, and true to his name, his life has been a struggle. After twenty-eight miserable years, he is still being berated by customers and hassled by security guards, and he can’t even scrape together enough money to pay for his mother’s treatment.

“Ding! Successful blind date. Your match requests a bride price of 180,000 yuan. Double reward: 360,000 yuan deposited!”
“Ding! Successful blind date. Your match requests a 1.5-million-yuan apartment in the city center. Double reward: 3 million yuan deposited!”
