The Day I Transformed, My Best Friend Knocked on My Door

I woke up in the body of a strange woman.

Thirty-five thousand in debt, with less than four hundred yuan to my name. My landlord was demanding rent, and loan sharks were threatening to come after me.

With nowhere else to turn, I messaged my best buddy: “Can you lend me three thousand yuan?”

He replied at once: “Where are you? I'll bring it over.”

The day we met, he looked at me like I was a complete stranger. He handed me the money and turned to leave.

He had no idea who I was.

He had no idea his buddy was standing right in front of him.

And somehow, I'd gone and fallen in love with him.
