Thirty years after spiritual qi revived, underground rifts cover the world, ferocious beasts run rampant, and martial artists have become humanity’s final line of defense.
Lin Ye transmigrates to this world and becomes the most unremarkable student at Jiangcheng No. 3 High School. His family is poor, his vitality is low, and his talent is bad. Even taking the martial arts exam seems like a joke.
Then one night, while helping his father move cargo at a garbage processing station outside the city, he watches a first-rank Bloodfang Rat crawl out of the sewer.
That very moment, the System activates.
“Target killed. Attribute bubbles dropped: Vitality +0.3, Agility +0.1, Combat Experience +1.”
From then on, while others train hard for ten years, he can get stronger by killing monsters.
His classmates look down on him, his teachers don’t believe in him, geniuses step on him to climb higher, and powerful families treat him as a joke.
Lin Ye offers no explanation. He just punches his way forward, one blow at a time.
From Jiangcheng No. 3 High School to Dongzhou University of Martial Arts; from the wilderness beyond the city to the battlefield of the myriad races.
Years later, someone asks him how he managed to make it this far.
Lin Ye thinks for a moment and says, “At first, I just wanted to make life a little better for my family. Later, I realized that reason doesn’t matter in this world. Once your fists are strong enough, reason naturally takes your side.”
It's well written, it doesn't overwhelm the protagonist, and it's not so strong that I can't experience it. I hope it won't stop updating.
A solid foundation makes a brave man invincible. The description is delicate and transcends the ordinary.
It's okay, but it's a bit overwhelming for the main character.
It's very well written, because it's real and not far from us, so I feel very comfortable reading it.
The title of the book is about a setting that kills monsters and reduces attributes. In fact, it can be accomplished through cultivation, and it can even lead to the completion of tasks.
