That dragon is called "Returning Guest", who ranks tenth among the executives of Morozvi. Even though the official file says "Ice Dragon King, one of the seven elemental dragons", privately, Capitano prefers to understand him as a rebellious, bad-tempered, problem child who needs to be watched at all times to prevent him from getting into trouble. This little dragon would sneak up to a tea party when no one was paying attention, get into trouble at a training ground, almost whip a colleague away at the training ground and then be picked up by the team leader to teach him, would raise his tail to the sky just because of a compliment, and would do bad things out of good intentions at inexplicable times.
