I want to write a story about the Fatui Harbingers getting along (or maybe not). The protagonist is scheming, but maybe not that much. Probably a lot of OOC. I hope you all enjoy it.

Synopsis:
Everyone in the Fatui knows an open secret: Capitano, the First of the Fatui Harbingers, also known as the Captain, raises a dragon.
That dragon is Molozwei, the Tenth Harbinger, also known as the Returned Guest. Though the official files describe him as the "Dragon King of Ice, one of the Seven Elemental Dragons," in private, Capitano prefers to think of him as a short-tempered, rebellious child who needs to be watched constantly so he doesn't get into trouble.
This little dragon sneaks off to tea parties to mooch some firewater when no one's looking, nearly knocks a colleague flying during training before the Captain grabs him by the scruff and lectures him, sticks his tail straight up in the air when someone praises him, and somehow manages to make a mess even when he's trying to help.
Capitano's daily routine is to stop him before he gets into trouble, fish him out after he does, and offer a well-timed, "You did well this time," when his tail starts to rise.
Then he watches that tail rise even higher.
The snowstorms in Snezhnaya are fierce, but the corner by the fireplace is always warm.
